The Rights & Democracy Network will hold its annual event in Montreal from May 6 to May 9, 2009. The Annual Event brings together Rights & Democracy Network members from across Canada, allowing them to look back at what was achieved in the last year, in order to build an even stronger Network for the years to come.
The goal of this annual event is to inspire reflection and action and to develop a true commitment to the promotion and fulfillment of universal human rights. Another goal of the event is to bring together members of the Network in order to engage in a dialogue together and with Rights & Democracy colleagues about how to use a human rights framework when organizing Delegation and Network activities, by sharing information and experiences.
